Keypath Education Australia

The whole team at Keypath Education Australia is thrilled to announce that we have been ranked #11 on the 2021 Best Place to Work Australia© (BPTW) list. This accolade comes after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Best Place to Work© and WrkPls© and is based on direct feedback from our employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about their workplace experience.
At Keypath, we partner with over 32 universities across Australia, Canada, Malaysia, the United States, and the United Kingdom and act as an extension of each partners' team, focused on delivering career-relevant online educational programs that enhance the learner experience and expand the reach of our university partners.
Ryan O'Hare, CEO, Australia & Asia Pacific, said this about being placed on the Best Places to Work in Australia list:
"We are honoured to be recognised as a Best Place to Work. We have achieved so much as a business and team amid a global pandemic, something we should be incredibly proud of. Our diverse, talented, driven Keypathers all come to work to create an impact in the lives of our students and society daily. We can’t achieve that if we don’t have the ingredients that make Keypath a Best Place to Work recipient.
Whether our Keypathers have been with us for 3 years or 3 weeks, we're grateful for what they bring to our culture and success."

Best Places to Work
BPTW is a nationally recognised program based on a rigorous methodology and validated employee feedback.

The study is conducted based on one of the most comprehensive assessments of workplace culture by WRK+ Australia.

The benchmark study publication comes amid the COVID-19 crisis, which has upended daily life and business operations throughout the world for over 18 months. The ranking of the organisation is based on data collected from 15,689 employees and 112 companies and then selects the top 40. The study highlights the workplace trends that will play a pivotal role in how modern workplaces succeed, with a high premium on organisations maintaining a high trust people-first culture.
