Peter has more than 25 years of experience as a trusted and proven finance leader for both public and privately-owned organizations most recently with BravoSolution, a $110 million SaaS-based strategic sourcing provider, Avatar Solutions, a SaaS-based healthcare, research, analytics and performance improvement company, and Servigistics, Inc., a $100 million service lifecycle management software provider. Peter’s earlier career includes financial leadership positions at Orbitz Worldwide, RR Donnelley and Ernst & Young LLP. Throughout his career, Peter has successfully guided these businesses through transformative growth and value creation. Peter is a Certified Public Accountant.
What do you bring to Keypath as CFO?
My background as a CPA and global, operational CFO provides me with the basis to guide an international corporation through rapid growth. In addition, I have amassed a wealth of diverse experience creating significant value for organization stakeholders, employees and customers. At Keypath, I not only have the opportunity to create similar financial value for our shareholders, employees and partners, but to add value to the lives of countless students through access to transformative higher education.
How do you measure your success?
I think the best indicator of success is positive feedback from customers and the people I work with. If I can consistently delight people, then I’m doing my job well.

What excites you about higher education?
Higher education can transform an individual’s life by providing personal fulfillment, financial stability and social benefits. More importantly, higher education has the power to transform families, the economy, and society as a whole by filling it with learned individuals leading more fulfilling and productive lives. I am proud to be part of a company that is dedicated to such transformation.
What’s the one hobby you couldn’t live without?
Golf. I love taking in the beautiful scenery and enjoying a walk with friends and family. I also find it incredibly humbling!
