As the first HR representative in the Australian team, Kathryn has built and lead the strategic and operational HR function of the Australian business.

Kathryn partners with business leaders to develop and implement innovative HR strategies for the Australian office to drive engagement, shape workplace culture and develop Keypath's most important asset - our people.

What do you bring to Keypath as Human Resources Manager?

An unwavering passion for coaching and developing employees and ensuring people leaders are well equipped to manage and inspire their teams to be the very best they can be. I’ve spent my entire career focusing on and building awesome workplace cultures, full of engaged employees.

What excites you about higher education?

Education has always been something I’ve been passionate about, but knowing that the work we are doing provides opportunities for our students to grow, reach their goals and make an impact in the world that they might not have otherwise had is exciting!

What’s the one hobby you couldn’t live without?

Music, I’m forever curating the soundtrack to my life.
